We enjoyed staff and location at this venue. The rooms were spotless with all the expected amenities.

By and large, it was top-notch place with well-trained staff especially the Porter. The vibe here was cosy. I loved very friendly reception.

Nice place to stay in York, if compared to other hotels. The property overall was fairly clean and special, had second to none staff and location. The restaurant was great for dinner, we ordered warm dishes.

Great service and very suitable location, great for our needs. The plunge pool was excellent, we loved it. Bottled beers, juices, coffee and soft drinks in the juice bar, complimentary parking place. Staff were INCREDIBLY GRACIOUS, setting is in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown.

This hotel was nicely presented and everything was okay. The bedroom was comfy and had an absolutely breathtaking view on cathedral. Downstairs bar was cosy and reasonably priced. Comfortable reception.

Well situated, close to the Minster and many attractions, and everything was new and clean

it is a wonderful base for a honeymoon trip. an easy walk to bettys cafe tea rooms, where you can have lunch.

Breakfast was incredible and the view was astonishing! Hotel was spotless. Perfect place for trip in York.
