Nice place to stay in York, if compared to other hotels. The property overall was fairly clean and special, had second to none staff and location. The restaurant was great for dinner, we ordered warm dishes.

Great service and very suitable location, great for our needs. The plunge pool was excellent, we loved it. Bottled beers, juices, coffee and soft drinks in the juice bar, complimentary parking place. Staff were INCREDIBLY GRACIOUS, setting is in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown.

Rooms and staff are pleasant, I really enjoyed staying here. Courtesy from the whole staff. Centrally based for exploring the city, in a modern area. There is an awesome restaurant easy walk to hotel. Heated pool, excellent views.

This hotel was nicely presented and everything was okay. The bedroom was comfy and had an absolutely breathtaking view on cathedral. Downstairs bar was cosy and reasonably priced. Comfortable reception.
